MyPeptidesLog

A peptide reference library paired with a private logbook. Look up a compound's uses, typical dosing, route and warnings, then track your own doses, measurements and results over time. Includes a reconstitution calculator that turns milligrams and water volume into the units to draw on a U-100 syringe, and a help board where members can ask questions with their recent logs attached.

What it does

The library covers 38 peptides, 9 blends and a bacteriostatic water guide. Every entry lists uses, typical dosing, frequency, route, cycle length, side effects, warnings and an evidence-level badge, so the guesswork of piecing the same information together from forums is done once and kept in one place. Behind a login, each person keeps their own dose log and results log โ€” weight, body fat, waist, hips, chest, arm and thigh, plus energy, sleep, pain and side effects โ€” charted over time and exportable to CSV.

Highlights

  • Reconstitution calculator โ€” enter the milligrams in the vial and the water added to get mg and mcg per syringe unit, then a dose to get the units to draw. Saved vials keep their numbers and warn once a vial is past 28 days.
  • Progress chart โ€” weight, body fat and body measurements plotted together, with mixed lb/kg and in/cm entries converted to whichever unit you used last.
  • Help board โ€” questions and replies, with the option to attach your last 14 days of logs so answers are grounded in real numbers.
  • Built for phones first โ€” server-rendered HTML with no build step and no client framework, so pages arrive complete and work on a phone in a kitchen or a gym.
  • Security by default โ€” scrypt password hashing, hashed session tokens, CSRF on every form, a strict Content-Security-Policy with no inline scripts or styles, rate-limited auth, and single-use password reset links that expire in an hour.
