Tech Knowledge Express

What it does

Four public sections, one for each practice plus contact, and a client login area. Contracting covers smart home, security, fire, access control, cameras and video management, and structured cabling in buildings that make it difficult — complex and historical facilities where the easy route does not exist. Software runs concept through design, build, review and App Store launch, including API work. Hardware takes a sketch through schematic, prototype and test to something manufacturable.

Highlights

• Written to answer the real objection — a firm claiming three specialities reads as a jack of all trades, so the site leads with licensing, insurance and the prime-or-subcontractor question rather than a services grid.
• Static and self-hosted — hand-written HTML and CSS on the same droplet as everything else here, behind nginx with a Let's Encrypt certificate. Nothing to patch, nothing to keep paying for.
• Client login area — a private entrance for project clients, separate from the marketing pages.
• Built for phones first — the navigation collapses to a single row that keeps the brand, the log-in link and the menu toggle together, which took several passes to get right at narrow widths.
